Younes Esaber Childhood: Younes Essaber was born June 29, 1970 in Rabat Morocco. Younes started his culinary career at age 10 in his home family kitchen.
Education: At the age of 18 Younes began his studies at the culinary institute of Morocco where he graduated with honors in 1990.
Experience: Younes Worked with Executive Chefs Aziz and Rachid at Hotel Amadi Atlas in Agadir for the period of two years. Two years later, Yones moved to Chicago, US where he continues improving his coking skills by having his personal catering business. Dream: My dream is to become one of the best executive Chef is Moroccan food and open my own Moroccan restaurant also write a cook book.
